Recently, I feel that I have been working only for compliance matters at my office. Last year, the protection of individual information was the biggest issue. This year, compliance with the law is the first priority in my company. Compliance with laws, ordinances, rules and regulations is of course necessary and important. However, over reactions sometimes become an excessive burden for employees.
