Have you ever tried a legendary hot cake at Manso restaurant?

The restaurant is located in Kanda, Tokyo. There are a lot of old-established restaurants left in Kanda area between Akihabara and Tokyo station. I believe that they did not burn at the air raid on Tokyo in 1945.

The hot cake has a legendary mysterious secret taste. I suspect that the special taste is hidden in the syrup. The syrup does not taste maple, but brown sugar.

I felt Taisho-retro nostalgia in the taste.
