Model Room is a kind of show room. In Japan, tower condominiums are very popular and usually sold out within three days. A 40-story building usually has 800 condos. On average, the condo with two bedrooms and a living room costs 50 to 70 million yen (US$ 420 to 580 thousand). I did not know that Japanese people are so rich!

In addition, all rooms are sold out before the building is constructed. The building, which I saw the model room for yesterday, is of course under construction. Usually residents have to wait two years before they start to live in the condos they bought. That is why Model Room is required.

In my opinion, it is silly to buy such an expensive condo before you check the real room. Ordinary people have just one chance to buy the condo in their life. They arrange 30 years loan. I would invest all the money after serious consideration including on-site survey.
