I think the restaurant¡Çs manager wanted to say that customers are not allowed to bring in any foodstuffs from outside.

The English sentence is,

When I read this English sentence, I thought it was written by a native English speaker or a person who is poor at English using a web machine translation.

As I am not a native English speaker, I am not sure whether the sentence is correct or not. Sometimes even if it is grammatically bad, it is OK in spoken language.
