What is Mixi?

I like everything that is the newest. I always get interested in the new ones. However, surprisingly I have never accessed Mixi. The reason is very simple. No one has ever accessed Mixi around me. I need an invitation from the member of Mixi in order to log in.

The number of the members is 10 million now. Around one in 10 Japanese people is the member. It is unbelievable. Why am I not a member? Hahahaha.

But I am losing interest in Mixi. The limited number is meaningful. Now it is not new anymore. In addition, I feel Mixi is like Pasokon-Tsushin in old days. The Internet is open to everyone. I like this one. Web sites and Blogs open to everyone are very nice.

Anyway Mixi has become too big. The invitation system is meaningless any more, which was a special feature of it at first.
